ZENSUNG’s innovative driving behavior analysis solution DRIVESUNG™ is a FinTech product, specifically designed for the insurance industry. DRIVESUNG™ is a mobile application that uses advanced technology and analytics to ensure safety and alert the drivers by displaying the current and post driving analysis reports. Some of the distinguishing features of DRIVESUNG™ includes Driving Awareness— a function that enables tracking of driving performance and Driving Score—a risk analytic engine that translates driving data into driving scores, encouraging drivers to improve their driving proficiency. The application also features geo-fencing that defines a virtual fence around a predefined geographical area for vehicles. A lost or diverted vehicle would come to the radar with SMS notifications. Moreover, its roadside assistance function makes it easy to contact the police, insurance companies, or friends and family members. Insurance companies can use this to create FNOL (First Notice of Loss) at their end.
Recently, they demonstrated to one govt. in Asia on how this mobile application can help to create safe and better infrastructure for drivers.

In an instance, ZENSUNG assisted an auto insurance company to detect, reduce the cost of fraud claims and ensure safe driving for policyholders. The insurer wanted to reduce its multi-million-dollar expenditure on fraudulent auto claims, and enhance roadside assistance as well as faster claims management. ZENSUNG’s team worked with the insurance company from to develop a white-label solution that offers complete claims management module along with roadside assistance. Insurers today can use the application as a marketing tool not only for improving sales but also to deliver roadside assistance and automated claims management while reducing fake accidents.
Today the company has over 22,000 retail clients and more than 100 downloads every day. “Following the same strategy that we used in few markets in ASIA, we are planning to launch our product in Africa, Middle East, and Europe,” concludes Dixit.
