A satisfied clientele is a testament to a company’s success.” This statement very well defines the significance of fulfilling the customers’ demands effectively, a vision that the Urbanise team has consistently been driven toward. Australian Headquartered and ASX listed Urbanise is a facilities and asset management software solution provider that holds an impressive track record in effectively fulfilling its clients’ needs. “One of the things that we take pride in is customer service. We see each contract and client as a joint venture and ensure that the results are evident when we work with them,” says Ashley Austin, Global Customer Development Director of Urbanise.

One such collaboration that demonstrates this client-centric approach of Urbanise appropriately involves a facility management (FM) company that recognized the need to upgrade their service portfolio as a response to their growing customer base. While the company was already widely known for offering high profile building maintenance solutions and services in the UAE and Qatar they wanted to incorporate more advanced platforms that could help them take the next step as a business—To accomplish this, the firm partnered with Urbanise and replaced its existing CMMS software with Urbanise’s much more efficient cloud-based solution. With Urbanise by its side, the company observed fantastic optimization internally with business process, transparency, governance and real time reporting across the board via the Analytics engine and externally was now perceived as market leading.

Urbanise is working toward transforming the conventional approach and function of Facility and Asset Management within your Cities and Buildings by harnessing the power of Technology

Over the years, Urbanise has delivered such capabilities to a multitude of businesses in many countries.

Urbanise came into existence in 2012 and initially offered an E-Commerce platform with a heavy focus on the Middle East region. With the company and its product gaining momentum, it evolved quite dramatically and entered the works management/facility management/ asset management markets and today Urbanise boasts feature-rich platforms that enable clients a 360-degree view of all works, spend, contractors, compliance and forecasting across entire portfolios at the click of a button. The revolutionary approach to Urbanise technology can largely be attributed to key members of the Senior Management having had many years experience within the property and facility sectors globally and as a result having an intrinsic understanding of the requirements, trends and nuances that now gives Urbanise a distinctive edge.

Urbanise continues with its aim to expand globally with international offices now situated in South Africa, Dubai, Bulgaria and Malaysia with a client base now spreading across 28 countries. 2020 and beyond Urbanise is heavily focused on contributing and working closely with current clients in Local Government, Utilities, Retail and Facilities but the Health, Aged and Retirement markets are definitely viewed as primary growth avenues and as a result Urbanise now have a dedicated team internally within APAC to manage, build and deliver projects specifically to these sectors. “We possess technology that can massively transform and assist these domains, and we want to employ our expertise to educate and sincerely partner with decision makers and operators to make a tangible difference,” says Austin.
