Terminus Group: Offering Personalized IoT Applications

The rapid emergence and evolution of the Internet of Things (IoT) have created the ideal framework for the future digital transformation of cities.

Terminus Group has emerged as a leader in this field by providing users with the most personalized and relevant services possible. The goal is to offer a comprehensive and efficient framework for the development and implementation of IoT applications in cities and enable digital transmission in various urban spaces.
As the evolution of the network architecture continues, it is important that the users are able to customize it to meet their specific needs. To ensure that they are able to benefit from the most effective and efficient network and digitalization, the company has developed a set of user-centric measures and products that will help their smart and digital development.

Terminus’s product line includes multiple AIoT-based five-tier technical platforms, which include: CityIoT, CityOS (TacOS, Terminus AI CITY Operating System), CityAI, CityAPP, CityStudio. The company aims to continue to develop and implement sustainable, innovative, and market-oriented technologies and solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of urban planning and management.

These include the development of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), digital networks, and smart grids.
As a main component in Terminus’ five-tier product system, AIoT-based TacOS can achieve the interconnection and intercommunication of all-domain, all-volume, and all-time digitalization in urban scenarios. It can manage decentralized heterogeneous resources and functions, provide integrated smart and sustainable services, and ensure the personalized end-to-end service experience of users.

Terminus’ AIoT-based OriginSYS aims to provide a comprehensive range of services and solutions that are designed to improve the sustainable, efficient digitalization in various scenarios. The system will help in the implementation of greener remote environmental adjustment, energy and resource optimization, automatic reconfiguration of ventilation and heating systems, smart lighting operation, and automation management for mechanical and electrical devices in urban scenarios.

For example, Terminus provides AIoT-based and smart solutions and services to Zimbabwe Harare International Airport that aims to provide global passengers with a more eco-friendly and smart travel experience. The company is primarily responsible for integrating its OriginSYS smart devices into the existing environment infrastructure of the airport, which allows it to provide more efficient and green heating and ventilation systems. This project is expected to help the airport in its sustainable, smart and digital transformation.

To ensure that they are able to benefit from the most effective and efficient network, we have developed a set of measures that will help them manage their networks. These include the Service Requirement Zone (SRZ) and the User Satisfaction Ratio (USR)

Through its partnership with various organizations, the company is able to provide a sustainable solution to the Chongqing A-ONE skyscraper complex, which includes a smart variable air volume system and smart management solutions based on Terminus' proprietary OriginSYS smart platform. This system will help the facility save energy and reduce its carbon footprint as well as digital transformation.

The company’s goal is to transform the smart city sector by providing sustainable and innovative solutions that help people improve their lives. The strategy also focuses on developing new business models and greener and digital service processes that are designed to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations.

Terminus Group Victor AI Announces Habitat Solution SPACE at Web Summit Qatar

BEIJING: Victor AI, Founder and CEO of Terminus Group, was invited to attend and deliver a speech entitled “AI CITY: The Next Habitat on Earth” at Web Summit, the world’s technological Olympia, in Doha, Qatar.

Victor AI shared his thoughts with global audiences, ...  delving into the intricacies of urban evolution. He illustrated how humans have utilized technology to transform their habitats from ancient times to modern society, analyzed the challenges of land, energy, and production scarcity on Earth, and creatively introduced Terminus Group’s technological-driven solutions and the original definition of future habitat: SPACE, which stands for Sustainable, Perceptible, Autonomous, Customized, and Energetic.

Sustainable: Future cities will fully adopt renewable energy and comprehensively apply technologies such as carbon management and carbon sequestration to minimize the impact of urban operations on nature and ensure the long-term healthy development of human habitats.

Perceptible: Based on AIoT technology, smart devices deployed in various urban scenarios in future cities will have perceptual capabilities - people no longer need to work hard to adapt and integrate into the environment they live in, and the city will be able to perceive and adapt to people's needs.

Autonomous: Through deep learning, future cities will be able to learn and know user habits, and offer autonomous services based on their timely reactions. When the city detects a user fainting or similar accidents, it will trigger an alarm and automatically call an ambulance, greatly improving emergency management efficiency.

Customized: With a multi-level innovative network architecture, future cities will be able to provide tailor-made, customized services for each user, instead of offering monotonous and standardized services. The marginalized needs of vulnerable groups will also be fully considered.

Energetic: Based on the four features and capabilities: sustainable, perceptible, autonomous, and customized, people will be able to embrace and enjoy a more energetic, innovative, and greener exciting lifestyle in future cities.

As the global leading smart services and AIoT solutions provider, Terminus Group has put the above “SPACE” concept into real implementation and has enabled smart industrial parks that integrated the “SPACE” capabilities in Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, China, and globally.

Steeped in the bond with Middle East, Terminus Group provided more than 150 AIoT-enabled smart robots and brought smart cities technologies to the largest-ever Expo2020 Dubai, serving nearly 30 million international visits and more than 100 countries leaders, showcasing a customized, innovative, and low-carbon driven capability for futuristic area.

Victor AI believes that, Terminus Group joined hands with partners from the GCC area, South-East Asia, Africa and Europe, bringing the world a new generation of solutions for the ‘Digital and Sustainable Eden’ while continuously promoting the development of green and innovative future cities based on the 'SPACE' concept.
