Celnet Technology: CRM Solution Specialist in Industrialized, Productization, Internationalization and Globalized Service

    CIO VendorPanda Liu, CEO
It is a fact that organizations always rely on tools for maintaining CRM systems into their workplace. Moreover, they always look forward to proper cloud based CRM solutions and its hassle free implementation process. As a prime enabler of high standards, Salesforce is steadily enabling the enterprises to embrace the cloud technology, especially the CRM, through their unparallel solutions. This has given rise to several providers surfacing in the marketplace, with their products and services to offer solutions to their client with the Salesforce platform, with regards to CRM. However, most of them lack innovation, when it comes to implementing these solutions. One such organization that brings in innovation to space is Beijing-base Celnet—focusing on implementation service of Salesforce. “With our R&D team, we provide customer-centric CRM solutions, and integrated service solutions, helping enterprises produce maximum business value,” says Panda Liu, CEO of Celnet.

Celnet Semi-Year Meeting has been hold in July, 2017 in Shanghai in which the CEO, Liu, announced that the second industry-oriented department -- Retail and FMCG Business Department will be established in on the 1st of January, 2018. Celnet has accumulated lots of benchmarking customers and experience, including the world-famous dairy called Mengniu Dairy Group Co., the biggest women’s-shoe brand Belle and Lu Zhou Lao Jiao in inquor industry. This will be another milestone in the history of Celnet after it successfully incubated the Real Estate Business Department in 2015. Celnet founded in 2012, this Salesforce.com Platinum Partner also provides closed-loop solutions to integrate Salesforce in China social networks and business platforms. Since then Celnet has successfully delivered more than 300 projects in China and is the largest Salesforce expert resources in the Greater China region (including Taiwan and Hong Kong). With the rapid development of globalization of China's enterprises, Celnet is triggering a globalization; the company has already started establishing itself in other parts of the world, including Singapore, The United States, and Australia.

Celnet offers sales, service, and market cloud integrations powered by Salesforce and allow their customers to forecast their sales, maintain sales reports, and facilitates partner management.

We leverage the Salesforce platform to provide customer centered CRM solutions, and integrated service solutions to help enterprises produce the maximum business value

The company’s service cloud, on the other hand, enables their clients to establish customer service platform through social media and promote multichannel customer interactions. The marketing cloud solutions extended by Celnet serves as a key for their clients to plan marketing strategies, measure business impact, and understand customer preferences. Furthermore, it manages customer files, as well as tracks all customer interactions on any platform, round the clock. “In addition to providing sales cloud, service cloud, and market cloud, we also provide IoT and AI solutions for enterprise applications,” adds Liu.

As the customer preferences are shifting towards social media interactions with the enterprises, Celnet provides closed-loop solutions to integrate Facebook, Sina micro blog, Jingdong and Taobao platforms with their clients’ Salesforce systems. Besides, the company also extends Celnet’s own mobile, social platform – Veevlink, which supports the enterprises to build applications that connect to micro controllers on their Salesforce system. Veevlink allows businesses to communicate directly to their customers and partners through ‘We Chat.’ This integration with Salesforce into Wechat enables customers to place orders and submit service requests; partners can report projects and employees can interoperate with Salesforce. This in turn increases the efficiency of Salesforce utilization for customer management, sales management, and market management. Determining the necessity for mobile application terminals among enterprises, Celnet also facilitates custom app development. According to Liu, this enabled the company to improve their clientele's efficiency by thirty eight percent, also reaching more than thousand end-users in a short span of time.

Over the years, Celnet has paved the way for several clients across industries to induce Salesforce cloud technology into their business models successfully. As Liu recalls, Celnet assisted China’s top-performing real estate company - The Vanke group. With their customer base growing in millions, Vanke sought for a capable hand to accomplish this task. Celnet worked with Vanke’s project team in providing their customers, faster and better services. “We worked together with Vanke’s project teams in the spirit of innovation and successfully carried out the service enablement in 60 days, much earlier than the anticipated 90 days,” states Liu.

Celnet’s consultants and developers have procured certifications from Salesforce, allowing Celnet to provide an efficient, professional service to their customers. In an attempt to aid their clients to drive business growth and obtain maximum profitability, Celnet also extends their services in project implementation as well. Moreover, with their solutions, Celnet is powering globalization— driving business growth and maximum profitability to their client across the globe. “We are committed to establishing valuable partnerships to bring forth an incessant improvement in our services,” concludes Liu.
